Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, based in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, India. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, maintaining product listings, analyzing sales data, and driving e-commerce growth. Additional responsibilities include account management, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. Efficient execution of e-commerce operations and the ability to work with cross-functional teams will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Proven experience in Account Management and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Background in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue growth.
• Team Management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively and lead team members.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
