This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist Executive located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing and optimizing online marketplace accounts, analyzing sales data, and ensuring product listings are up-to-date. Responsibilities include identifying business growth opportunities, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams. The Ecommerce Specialist will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret sales data and trends
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and external partners
• Customer Service and relationship management skills to address inquiries and maintain satisfaction
• Sales and Research skills to identify new market opportunities and optimize strategies
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Experience in FMCG or related industries is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
