Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra) and the company's own website.
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, stock updates, and dispatch.
- Monitor daily sales performance, returns, and customer feedback across platforms.
- Execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and marketing tie-ups with marketplaces.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues.
- Track and report key performance metrics (sales, conversions, CTR, etc.).
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
- Familiarity with marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
