Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Virtual Assistant)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Job Summary

Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and technically proficient E-Commerce Executive (Virtual Assistant) with strong marketplace and backend management experience. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end eCommerce operations across Shopify, Magento, and leading marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, while driving performance growth through data-driven strategies and PPC optimization.

Core Skill Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder-handling capability.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • High level of technical proficiency in eCommerce tools, dashboards, and automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior VAs.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

ECommerce & Backend Management:

  • Manage end-to-end eCommerce operations on Shopify and Magento backends.
  • Lead product uploading, catalog structuring, and advanced product listing optimization to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and marketplace compliance requirements.

Marketplace Operations

  • Own and manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze marketplace reports and implement data-driven strategies for performance improvement and revenue growth.

Marketplace & Performance Marketing (Mandatory)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Seller Central.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, including:
    • Campaign setup and structure (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
    • Keyword research and bid optimization strategies.
    • Performance monitoring, ACoS/ROAS improvement, and campaign scaling.
Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for customer retention and engagement.
  • Drive social media optimization, including content planning, posting, idea generation, and basic analytics review.
  • Oversee customer chat support operations, ensuring high service standards and SLA adherence.

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain clear reporting and performance tracking dashboards.

Qualification

  • Graduate in Marketing, BCA, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce and marketplace management.
