Job Title - Ecommerce Executive

Location - Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Position Overview:

Handling and managing accounts of e-commerce market places. Increase brand visibility and engagement through selling on e-commerce market. Order processing and product fulfilment. Track & Record the Delivery Status & Order Payments, Returns and Damaged products. Coordinate with Delivery Partners for daily pickup and queries as submitted by customer care executives. Maintain and establish harmonious work relationships with vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

A. Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Ecommerce industry.

B. Hands-on experience in -

1) Ecommerce account handling like Amazon.com ( US, UK, etc )

2) FBA order fulfilments & track shipments

3) Inventory management & stocks maintain

4) Generate shipping labels

5) Follow up with vendors, returns & damaged products

6) Adding & listing products

7) Increase brand visibility

8) SEO

9) Compliance documentation for listed countries

C. Good knowledge in Excel

D. Good communication skills both written & spoken english

E. Able to multitask defined process.
