Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Global E-commerce & Omni-Channel Marketplace Manager to lead international marketplace operations for D2C Indian brands exporting to the USA and other global markets.

The role will own omni-channel execution, marketplace performance, cross-border coordination, vendor management (USA ecosystem), and end-to-end P&L accountability across multiple international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Omni-Channel Marketplace Management

  • Manage and scale operations across Shopify (D2C) and global marketplaces including Amazon US, Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Kohls, Macy's, Sharper Image, Staples, RobotShop, and TikTok Shop.
  • Oversee product cataloging, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and marketplace compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and marketplace policy adherence.

2. Reconciliation & Operational Control

  • Manage settlements, reconciliation processes, refund tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking across all marketplaces.
  • Coordinate fulfilment partners for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

3. Cross-Border & USA Vendor Coordination

  • Oversee export operations to the USA and other international markets.
  • Coordinate with USA-based vendors, distributors, freight partners, and marketplace account managers.
  • Ensure seamless cross-border shipping execution and compliance.

4. Reporting & Growth Optimization

  • Track marketplace KPIs including sales performance, returns rate.
  • Generate insights to improve channel performance and scale global presence.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across new marketplaces and regions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in global e-commerce or omni-channel marketplace management.
  • Prior experience with D2C Indian brands exporting to the USA or other international markets.
  • Strong exposure to the USA vendor ecosystem and cross-border trade execution.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-marketplace platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
