Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and growth-driven Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our online marketplace presence and drive digital marketing initiatives across multiple food brands.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end ecommerce execution, online campaign management, and social media marketing to enhance brand visibility and accelerate online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Management
- Manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, RedMart, etc.)
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure stock accuracy
- Track marketplace performance metricsand improve conversion rates
- Implement promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Develop engaging content to build brand awareness
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Manage paid ads campaigns and optimize for ROAS
- Track campaign performance and generate monthly reports
Brand & Growth Strategy
- Support online brand positioning and visibility strategies
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives
- Analyze consumer behavior and recommend improvements
- Work closely with sales and brand teams to align campaigns with retail promotions
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management
- Experience handling FMCG or food brands preferred
- Hands-on experience with Shopee/Lazada/Amazon platforms
- Strongunderstanding of social media marketing & paid ads
- Familiarity withanalytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
