Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Ecommerce Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing product listings across ecommerce platforms, monitoring inventory levels, processing and tracking orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Additional tasks include analyzing sales trends, collaborating with internal teams to optimize product performance, and contributing to the development of ecommerce strategies for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in E-Commerce management, including product listings, order processing, and inventory monitoring
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to efficiently interact with customers and resolve issues
• Proficient Analytical Skills to monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Sales expertise to contribute positively toward revenue generation and achieving targets
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while managing independent tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an ecommerce or retail environment is a plus
