Position: Ecommerce Backend Operations.

Required Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Salary: range from 2.40 LPA to 3.00 LPA.

Gender: Male / Female

Office & Job Location: MG Road, Camp, Pune 1.

Responsibilities and duties:

A. Processing orders across all e-commerce Portals.

1. Printing the Invoices.

2. Printing the Labels.

B. Managing and tracking inventory.

1. Manage inventory.

C. Claim Processing

1. Raise claims on all e-commerce portals for damaged or empty returned parcels.

D. Coordinating with courier teams:

1. Coordinate with the courier for order pickup.

2. Coordinate with the ATSPL For FBA Shipments.

E. FBA Shipments:

1. Print the invoice.

2. Print the shipping label.

3. Print the MRP label & barcode sticker.

F. Inward & Outward Counting:

1. Count inward and outward materials.

2. Check the quality of inward materials.

G. Material Requirements:

1. Collect material requirements from the warehouse team and forward them.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Prior knowledge of the Online Sellers portal is required.

Excellent written English language skills.

Team management skills.

Benefits:
