Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear functional & technical specifications for Adobe B2B commerce and financing workflows
- Work closely with product owners, UX, engineering, and integration teams to define APIs, data flows, and system behaviors
- Analyze and document end-to-end journeys: onboarding, catalog, orders, payments, financing, and settlements
- Support SME finance use cases such as credit assessment, BNPL, invoice financing, and partner referrals
- Own user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT support across marketplace and finance modules
- Ensure alignment between business goals, platform capabilities, and regulatory constraints
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in e-commerce / fintech / marketplace platforms
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (B2B exp preferred)
- Strong understanding of SME lending, trade finance, or embedded finance concepts
- Techno-functional skills APIs, integrations, data models, workflows
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP / CRM integrations (Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows or digital onboarding / KYC
- Experience in GCC, emerging markets, or SME ecosystems
