Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Flipkart Ads Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ad campaigns to drive visibility, conversions, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will own the entire Flipkart advertising strategyfrom campaign setup to reportingand work closely with cross-functional teams to boost product rankings and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all Flipkart Ads campaigns including Search, PLA, PCA, Display & Retargeting.
• Execute & optimize keyword campaigns across brand, generic, and competitor categories.
• Improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPC, and ROAS through daily optimization.
• Analyze performance data, prepare weekly reports, and track key KPIs.
• Collaborate with cataloging & pricing teams to ensure listing readiness and stock availability.
• Monitor competitor ads, pricing trends, and category benchmarks.
• Support visibility planning for sales events & promotional periods.
• Drive full-funnel ad strategies to boost sessions, conversions, and overall product ranking.
