Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon Ads Executive to oversee and optimize our advertising campaigns on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in driving sales and growth through effective ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive sales and maximize ROAS.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests to identify best-performing ads and refine targeting approaches.
  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitor ad performance metrics, including CTR, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  1. Keyword Research and Optimization:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-converting keywords.
  • Continuously refine keyword targeting to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
  1. Marketplace Management:
  • Stay updated on Amazon's policies, trends, and updates affecting advertising.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and operations team to ensure alignment of ad campaigns with stock availability.

  1. Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor competitors advertising activities and strategies.
  • Develop counter-strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
  • Forecast monthly spending and adjust as necessary based on sales goals and campaign performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven track record (2-3 years) managing Amazon Ads campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Pi, or similar tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce: Understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, including FBA, listings,
  • Prior experience in managing ads for the apparel category on Amazon will be considered a strong advantage.
