About the Role

At Algo, we help brands decode the complexities of the digital shelf. We are looking for a data-driven Ecommerce Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our clients presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Etsy.

The ideal candidate knows that marketplace success isn't just about listing productsit's about mastering algorithms, optimizing for conversion, and maintaining a healthy account pulse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Handle the day-to-end operations of brand accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Etsy.
  • Listing & Cataloging: Create, manage, and optimize high-converting product listings (A+ content, SEO-friendly titles, and backend keywords).
  • Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage inbound shipments (FBA/FBF), and ensure healthy inventory health scores.
  • Marketing & PPC: Execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Amazon Advertising/Flipkart PLA) to drive ROAS.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights on sales trends, traffic, and conversion.
  • Compliance: Monitor account health, resolve listing suppressions, and manage customer feedback/disputes.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing brand accounts on Amazon and Flipkart (Etsy and Myntra experience is a strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of Marketplace Algorithms and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
  • Experience with marketplace advertising tools and keyword research.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with brand owners and marketplace support teams.
