Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Account Manager based in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of online sales channels, manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include researching trends, analyzing data, handling inventory management, and ensuring seamless logistics and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in e-commerce account management, online marketplaces, and inventory management
  • Strong skills in data analysis, sales strategy planning, and performance tracking
  • Expertise in digital marketing, online advertising, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms related to e-commerce operations (e.g., marketplace dashboards, analytics tools)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the fashion, retail, or activewear industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
