Job Description

End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Requirements

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at distinct phases from sale to delivery
  • Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors
  • Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
  • Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems, and manage to resolution
  • Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
  • Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
  • Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of project
  • Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reprovals, quota reports, field reports...etc
  • Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolve them; escalating as appropriate
  • Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting
  • Validation and preparing of data deliveries
  • Meet client's timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
  • Build and maintain successful client relationships
  • Work in accordance with the SOP's of company
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience:

  • Must have 1-3 years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM Sample only experience
  • Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus

Computer Skills:

Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
