End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at distinct phases from sale to delivery
- Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors
- Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
- Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems, and manage to resolution
- Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
- Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
- Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
- Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of project
- Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reprovals, quota reports, field reports...etc
- Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolve them; escalating as appropriate
- Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting
- Validation and preparing of data deliveries
- Meet client's timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- Work in accordance with the SOP's of company
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience:
- Must have 1-3 years of experience working in a market research environment or combined PM Sample only experience
- Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus
Computer Skills:
Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
