Role Description

The Ebusiness Manager will oversee Cosa Nostraa's online business operations, ensuring the seamless execution of e-commerce strategies and growth initiatives. The role includes managing online sales platforms, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, optimizing customer experience, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. The candidate is also expected to lead and manage a team while enhancing customer service standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-business operations and proficiency with online platforms and tools
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Proven ability in Team Management, including leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Experience in Sales strategies and achieving growth targets
• Solid Customer Service skills with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail, particularly in fashion or accessories, is highly advantageous
