Job Description

We are looking for an EBO Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations, coordination, and reporting at Brand Concepts Ltd. You will assist the EBO team in sales tracking, vendor coordination, and maintaining operational records. This role provides exposure to retail operations, reporting tools, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Coordination with Store Team and Head Office Team
  • Orders preparation
  • Monitor store staff day-to-day activities and attendance
  • Sales target and incentive plan distribution
  • Reports preparation
  • Monitor store performance and SOP implementation
  • Target vs achievement tracking
  • Offers and schemes communication and report preparation
  • Omni sales tracking and coordination
  • Drafting professional emails and proficiency in MS Office

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to track data accurately
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Zoho CRM
  • Proactive and willing to learn
