- Create a fun, engaging, and enriching learning environment that supports children's cognitive, physical, social, personal, and emotional development.
- Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans and activities in alignment with curriculum guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, observations, and assessments for each child.
- Ensure effective utilization of classroom resources while minimizing wastage.
- Enhance classroom and centre appeal through age-appropriate displays, learning materials, and creative activities.
- Plan and execute events, trips, and celebrations as per the academic and events calendar.
- Ensure children's safety, health, hygiene, and security at all times in coordination with centre staff.
- Guide, support, and provide feedback to assistant teachers and support staff.
- Keep the Centre Head informed about concerns related to children, classroom operations, or staff.
- Interact with parents during scheduled meetings and as needed to discuss child progress and development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of preschool teaching experience.
- Work timings: any 9-hour shift within 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Sound knowledge of early childhood development practices.
