- Manage classroom operations and ensure daily execution of lesson plans.
- Engage young children in age-appropriate activities, supervise meals, and assist with naptime routines.
- Support children's social and emotional development by maintaining order, teaching good manners, and instilling values.
- Monitor children's progress and well-being throughout the day.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers and centre staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.
Individual Responsibilities
- Be a reliable team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Arrive on time and inform the Centre in case of delays or absences.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Approach feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve.

Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred; any graduation considered.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Work timings: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM.
Additional Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet usage.
- Being a young mother is considered an added advantage.
