As an Early Career Attraction Consultant, you will design and deliver engaging marketing strategies to attract early talent in a highly competitive market. You will manage campus marketing channels, oversee campus ambassadors, coordinate supplier activity, and support the delivery of national campus tours and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement campus and early career marketing strategies that drive engagement
- Manage campus marketing channels and national sponsorships with university partners
- Project manage external events, business insight days, and campus tours
- Support leadership in tracking and managing budgets for core campus and event activities
- Monitor and report on competitor campus and event activity locally
- Produce reports, communication plans, and post-event analysis to inform future initiatives
- Coordinate campus ambassadors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of activities
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Creative mindset with experience engaging early career or student populations
- Knowledge of recruitment communications and campus marketing strategies
- Proven experience planning and delivering high-volume events
- Strong project management and budget management experience
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports to inform strategic decisions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and partners
