What You'll Do

* Design and facilitate engaging, play-based learning experiences for children aged 2–6.

* Create inviting learning spaces that encourage curiosity, creativity and independent exploration.

* Observe, document and support each child's learning and developmental journey.

* Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and families.

* Collaborate with fellow educators on curriculum planning, classroom activities and reflections.

* Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development through everyday experiences.

Who We're Looking For

* Educators with experience or qualifications in early childhood education, Montessori, NTT or a related field.

* Individuals who genuinely enjoy spending time with young children.

* Creative thinkers who believe learning extends beyond worksheets and textbooks.

* Warm, energetic team players who are willing to learn, unlearn and experiment.

This is a hands-on classroom teaching role for children aged 2–6, not an administrative or managerial position.
