Early Childhood Educator

Job Role: Early Childhood (Toddler Educator)

Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to lead our Toddlers program. In this role, you will nurture early foundational skills, foster curiosity, and maintain a safe, stimulating, and child-centered environment that supports every child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans, playful learning activities, and sensory experiences that encourage early cognitive, language, and social growth.
• Maintain a secure, engaging, and organized learning space. Utilize varied teaching aids and multisensory materials tailored to different early learning styles.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, physical safety, and emotional well-being at all times in accordance with school policies.
• Observe, assess, and address the unique milestones, interests, and developmental needs of each child.
• Provide personalized attention to each toddler, understanding their unique needs and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Certification: Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Montessori Teaching (MTT), or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
• Subject Matter Knowledge: Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogical trends, child development milestones, and inquiry-based learning.
