EAM - Asset Performance Management

As an Asset Performance Manager, you will oversee enterprise asset management (EAM) processes to improve reliability and efficiency across operations. Using advanced EAM tools, you will implement maintenance strategies, monitor asset health, and drive lifecycle optimization to reduce downtime and enhance asset value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset reliability and maintenance strategies aligned with business goals.
• Utilize EAM software to track, analyze, and report asset performance metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis of asset failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize asset lifecycle and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to asset management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to asset maintenance and replacement.
• Train and mentor team members on EAM tools and best practices.
