Key Responsibilities
Proven experience as Functional Lead on enterprise digital/IT initiatives with multi-stakeholder governance.
- Strong facilitation skills to front cybersecurity, network and architecture stakeholders and translate constraints into functional scope.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation: requirements, architecture views, operating model, gate packs, UAT scenarios and acceptance evidence.
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 collaboration (Teams/Planner) and enterprise deployment constraints.
Excellent communication in English.
Scope of Services (Transversal)
The Functional Expert acts as the functional lead and orchestrator across the VR domain portfolio. They translate business needs into validated requirements, formalize architecture views and functional operating models, and prepare the documentation packages required to pass internal gate reviews (from scoping through design/build, validation, and closure). They coordinate stakeholder validation and ensure traceability from requirements to acceptance.
In addition, the Functional Expert is expected to actively lead engagements with the métiers to understand end‑to‑end business processes, operational pain points and transformation opportunities. This includes facilitating discovery workshops, structuring and formalizing business cases, and identifying emerging or unmet needs to feed the VR domain roadmap and portfolio evolution.
Portfolio Coverage
- Continuity and modernization of VR design review software (including vendor evaluation and adoption readiness).
- Oversee an end-to-end development to secure collaborative review workflows (annotation, task tracking, Microsoft 365/Teams integration, reporting/KPIs where applicable).
- VR device fleet modernization (standalone headsets and associated device/streaming components), including network architecture and deployment.
- Cloud/streaming enablement for VR experiences to improve accessibility from standard endpoints while remaining compliant with corporate constraints.
