E2E Performance Testing Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled E2E Performance Testing Engineer with 6+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up , designing, executing, and analyzing end-to-end performance tests for complex software applications and databases, ensuring optimal system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for software applications and databases, covering load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated performance test scripts using industry- standard tools (e.g., SOAP, Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner etc).

Collaborate with development, DevOps, and database teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Monitor system performance during test cycles, ensuring test environments accurately reflect production scenarios.

Stay up to date with the latest performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 6+ years of experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on both application (API/UI) and database performance engineering.

Database Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries, database tuning, and performance optimization.

Application Knowledge: In-depth understanding of web technologies, microservices architecture, and API testing.

Strong proficiency with leading performance testing tools

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and database architecture (SQL/Oracle).

Experience with profiling and monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, Azure Dashboards).

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure).

Programming/scripting knowledge (C#, Python, Java, Shell, or similar languages).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Basics of networking (IPv4/IPv6)
