Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications.
  • Make sure to correct the format (i. e., font size, font style, bold/bracket name, bullet points, remove blank space, text alignment, margin, etc. )
  • If the details in the mail are too brief make it short with sense and cover all the points.
  • Always correct grammar, spell check, and punctuation.
  • Make a call to the site to investigate relevant information and update it accordingly.
  • Check the format of the document sent by the site, if not proper then ask the site to resend in the latest format.
  • Maintain/update weekly reports.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English speaking (mandatory).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Word & Excel.
