Who you are

You see every marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Jumia, etc.) or quickcommerce app (Blinkit, Dunzo, Zepto etc.) as a canvas.

You believe in precision listing that converts, content that tells, fulfilment that delights.

You've done international too (or really want to) localising, logistics, compliance.

What you'll own

- Manage endtoend listing workflows: content, images, translations, SEO, keywords, local compliance (if international).

- Drive growth in Quick Commerce channels: product assortment, pricing, offers, availability.

- Oversee marketplace operations: inventory sync, price parity, forecasting demand & stock outs.

- Manage crossborder ecommerce (exports / international marketplaces) if applicable.

- Collaborate with Marketing & Creative on content & visuals for listings.

- Analyse performance metrics: traffic, conversion rates, return rates, customer reviews.

- Negotiate with marketplaces / quick commerce platforms for better placement / deals.

- Own P&L for ecomm + QC channels: margin levers, promotions, discounting.

What we expect from you

- 35 years experience managing ecommerce / marketplace / QC operations, ideally with FMCG / CPG brands.

- Strong understanding of listing optimisation: SEO, content, images, UX.

- Good command of data and ability to forecast demand & plan stock.

- Solid Excel skills; able to pull reports and analyse dropoffs in conversion.

- Bachelor's degree (commerce, business, engineering) or equivalent. Master's / MBA / relevant credentials a plus.

How you'll spend your time

- Setting up and auditing product listings for conversion.

- Coordinating creative, content, photography, and vendor deliverables.

- Tracking listing health: reviews, returns, pricing mismatches.

- Running promotions and ensuring supply alignment.

- Reporting weekly / monthly: listing traffic, conversion, QC downtime, stock-outs.

- Reducing logistics cost, improving delivery SLAs.

What success looks like

- Conversion rate improves by x% in 3 months.

- Stockout incidents drop by y%.

- Margin on QC / marketplace stays healthy.

- International listing / export channel contributes meaningfully.

- Positive customer reviews & lower returns.

Qualification & Experience & Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree minimum; prefer Business / Commerce / Marketing / Economics / Engineering. Master's / MBA / relevant certifications add weight.

Experience: For this payband, realistically 3-5 yrs (in some cases 5-6 if heavily relevant / strong).

Skills: Data literacy, excellent communication, sense of ownership, ability to multitask, fast turnaround.
