Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce & Quick-Commerce Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Blinkit, developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing sales and operational data, and driving revenue growth in the Indian market. The manager will also oversee customer and stakeholder communication while supporting overall sales and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Blinkit seller accounts
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog management
- Monitor account health, compliance, and performance metrics
Sales Growth & Optimization
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and conversion rates
- Optimize listings using SEO, keywords, and enhanced content
- Run and manage advertising campaigns
Quick-Commerce Expansion
- Identify and onboard new quick-commerce platforms in India
- Build relationships with platform account managers
- Develop go-to-market strategies for each new platform
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock levels
- Forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment
- Minimize stockouts and overstock situations
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as sales, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights
- Use data to drive continuous improvement
Customer Experience
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback across platforms
- Resolve escalations and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or quick-commerce management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (required)
- Experience with Blinkit or other quick-commerce platforms preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing and marketplace advertising
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
