Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain all e-commerce activities accurately on computer systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Monitor online sales, customer interactions, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize e-commerce performance
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company processes and standards in all e-commerce activities

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM
3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related fields
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
