E-commerce Product Listing Manager (Fashion / Beauty)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Product Listing Manager who has previously worked in a managerial role and has hands-on expertise in managing product listings across international marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who has led listing operations and can independently manage and oversee product catalogs for a clothing or beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee product listings across Shopify, Amazon USA, Walmart Marketplace, SHEIN, and other international marketplaces

Create, review, and optimize listings including titles, descriptions, images, variants, and attributes

Ensure listings are SEO-optimized and aligned with marketplace best practices

Handle product catalog management, pricing, and inventory updates

Monitor listing performance and take actions to improve visibility and conversions

Resolve issues such as suppressed listings, listing errors, or compliance issues

Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for high-quality product data

Lead and guide junior team members

Requirements

45 years of experience in e-commerce product listing

Must have worked as a Manager / Senior role (not just executive level)

Hands-on experience with Shopify product management

Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central (USA marketplace)

Experience with Walmart Marketplace and SHEIN

Experience working with clothing or beauty brands

Ability to manage listings independently and lead processes

Preferred

Experience handling international marketplaces (US-focused)

Experience managing large product catalogs

Strong knowledge of bulk uploads (CSV / Excel)
