Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage and maintain our product listings on Shopify. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, understand the Shopify admin dashboard, and have a basic grasp of SEO and CMS tools. This role involves product uploads, data management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage products on Shopify using CSV files, manual input, and bulk upload tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Utilize Excel (including formulas) to clean and organize product data.
- Navigate and operate the Shopify admin dashboard for product and store management.
- Use CMS tools to support content updates and merchandising.
- Ensure product pages are SEO-friendly with basic optimization techniques (titles, meta descriptions, tags).
- Generate periodic reports on product performance, listings status, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Shopify product uploads (manual, CSV, and bulk).
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas and data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and the Shopify admin interface.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices related to product content.
- Ability to create and interpret reports and present findings effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, or PowerPoint for reporting/presentations.
