Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Performance & Marketplace Executive to drive sales growth and account health across leading marketplaces. This role focuses on PPC performance marketing, account ownership, content optimization, inventory coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

PPC & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
  • Plan budgets, select keywords, and optimize campaigns to improve Sales, ACOS/ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Align ad spends with stock availability, pricing changes, promotions, and content updates.
  • Track keyword and search term performance and take corrective actions.

Account Management & Platform Strategy

  • Own end-to-end account performance and growth across marketplaces.
  • Act as SPOC for marketplace teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Plan and execute platform-wise pricing, promotion, event, and assortment strategies.
  • Track category and competitor trends to support business decisions.

Content Optimization & Listing Management

  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Update titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and backend data.
  • Ensure listing accuracy, consistency, and platform compliance.

Operations, Inventory & Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for stock availability.
  • Monitor and resolve OOS issues, stuck inventory, delayed pickups, and fulfillment gaps.
  • Ensure accurate inventory reflection across all marketplaces.

PDP & Account Health Management

  • Maintain PDP hygiene, including pricing, availability, offers, images, and content..
  • Identify and resolve catalog, Buy Box, suppression, and listing issues.
  • Manage escalations with marketplaces to minimize revenue impact.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, ad performance, inventory, content, and account health.
  • Support sales and demand forecasting using historical data, seasonality, and campaigns.
  • Highlight risks such as OOS or excess inventory and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Share insights with leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 25 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, listing optimization, and end-to-end marketplace operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ownership of performance metrics, with accountability for results.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

CTC: 4.5 10 LPA (commensurate with experience and skill set)
