About The Role

We're looking for a high-ownership E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across Quick Commerce, D2C, and Marketplace channels.

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, technology, and customer experience — ideal for someone who can combine strong execution with data-driven decision-making in a fast-scaling environment. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, inventory efficiency, and seamless order fulfillment across all channels.

What You'll Own

Multi-Channel Operations Excellence

  • Drive end-to-end operations across Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart), D2C (Shopify/App), and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
  • Ensure high service levels through strong control on fill rates, OTIF, dispatch timelines, and customer experience metrics
  • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks across the order lifecycle

Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization

  • Own inventory planning across warehouses, dark stores, and marketplace FCs
  • Build efficient replenishment strategies using demand forecasting and sales velocity
  • Minimize stockouts and overstock through smart allocation and inter-channel balancing

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

  • Oversee order processing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery via logistics partners
  • Optimize SLA adherence, reduce RTOs, and improve delivery success rates
  • Manage reverse logistics, returns classification, and inventory reintegration

Marketplace & Platform Management

  • Manage marketplace operations including listings, FBA/FBF inventory, and account health
  • Drive operational compliance across platforms (labeling, packaging, QC norms)
  • Resolve claims, chargebacks, and reconciliation issues with platform partners

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with vendors for procurement, PO planning, and supply continuity
  • Maintain strong coordination with warehouse, finance, and customer support teams
  • Drive vendor performance through structured tracking and accountability

Financial & Compliance Control

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation across orders, payments, and vendor invoices
  • Maintain GST compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Partner with finance on payment cycles, cost tracking, and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in E-commerce operations, supply chain, or fulfillment
  • Strong exposure to D2C, Quick Commerce, and/or marketplace ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics, and reconciliation processes
  • Highly analytical with a problem-solving mindset and bias for action
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
