E Commerce Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including order fulfilment, inventory coordination, logistics tracking, RTO & NDR resolution, returns handling, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
• Lead the backend functions of the e-commerce business- website and marketplace.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the end-to-end lifecycle of a product in website and marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate with various external and internal stakeholders of various departments to ensure turn around time for each listed activities are met.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality product listings across the website and marketplaces.
• Manage product uploading to ensure they meet platform standards.
• Monitor account health, manage seller ratings, and handle policy compliance.
• Prepare various reports for analysing and management decision making.
