Key Responsibilities
- Processing daily orders across website and marketplace platforms
- Managing returns, refunds, and filing return/claim cases on portals
- Maintaining MIS and reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Coordinating with logistics and internal teams for order resolution
- Ensuring accurate reconciliation of orders, returns, and claims
