Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces (like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio) and our Shopify website. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in e-commerce operations.
The role requires ownership, coordination, and execution across order processing, catalog management, inventory, and logistics. The candidate will act as a single point of contact (POC) for marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across online marketplaces (like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio) and the Shopify website
- Process orders end-to-end, ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to TATs
- Handle order fulfillment activities including packing, shipping labels, invoices, and manifests
- Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and catalog accuracy across platforms
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and operational processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory readiness and order flow
- Identify and flag operational issues proactively and assist in resolution
- Support platform-related communication and routine reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 year of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or logistics
- Must have experience working with any of these online marketplaces (like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio and Amazon) and order workflows
- Familiarity with Shopify operations (product uploads, inventory updates, order tracking)
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on operational work, including packing and dispatch
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for basic tracking and reporting
