E-Commerce Merchandiser

PetMedMart is a fast-growing online pet care brand selling pet food, vitamins, supplements, accessories, toys, and more across Flipkart, Amazon, and our own Shopify website (launching May 2026). We're scaling from 60 to 300+ SKUs and eventually launching our own product line.

What You'll Own

• Product catalogue — scale from 60 to 300+ SKUs across pet food, accessories, vitamins, supplements, clothes, and toys

• Vendor relationships — scout new brands, negotiate deals, manage existing suppliers

• Marketplace operations — Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and our Shopify store

• Pricing & promotions — keep pricing, offers, and stock synchronised across all platforms

• Competitor intelligence — track what sells on Amazon, Flipkart, Supertails, HUFT, and others

• Order fulfilment — ensure every order is processed, shipped, and delivered on time

• Customer satisfaction — monitor reviews, resolve complaints, improve ratings

• Growth strategy — drive sales growth, explore quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto), and help launch our private-label products

Must-Have

• 2–3 years in e-commerce merchandising or marketplace operations

• Amazon Seller Central + Flipkart Seller Hub — hands-on experience

• Vendor negotiation and relationship management

• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

• Strong analytical skills — sales data, margins, inventory metrics

• English + Hindi communication

• Entrepreneurial mindset — works independently, no hand-holding needed

Good-to-Have

• Pet care, FMCG, or health & wellness e-commerce experience

• Amazon PPC / Flipkart Ads

• SEO and keyword optimisation for product listings

• Shopify or D2C platform experience

• Private-label / own-brand product development experience
