We're Hiring: E-commerce Marketplace Executive
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and scale our presence across leading platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Zepto.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales, optimizing listings, and improving overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (listings, inventory, pricing & promotions)
- Optimize product pages using SEO, high-converting creatives & compelling content
- Track and analyze key KPIs such as GMV, AOV, CAC & conversion rates
- Execute and manage platform ads & campaigns (Target ROAS: 4x+)
- Handle returns, reviews & customer escalations to maintain ratings
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and standards
- Collaborate with operations for inventory planning
- Launch new SKUs and promotional bundles to increase AOV
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa & quick commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Good understanding of e-commerce metrics and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with Shopify & Google Analytics
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of performance
