Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
- Manage the online store, ensuring a seamless user experience from browsing to checkout.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and product listings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to enhance the overall e-commerce operation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce technologies and trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
