Marketplace Management
- End-to-end management of LuxaDerme's presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, Purplle, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate cataloging, product listing optimization, and updated content across platforms.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discounting campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
Performance & Growth
- Drive sales growth by monitoring performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROAS, ACOS, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, promotions).
- Analyze sales reports and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Inventory & Operations
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure healthy stock levels and minimize out-of-stock scenarios.
- Oversee order fulfillment, returns, and customer feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
Brand Building & Visibility
- Work closely with the creative/content team for marketplace creatives, A+ content, and brand stores.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and protect brand integrity.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align marketplace growth with overall brand strategy.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers to maximize visibility and participation in events like Prime Day, Big Billion Days, etc.
Salary: Up to 13L for candidates with relevant experience in the skincare industry
