E-Commerce Manager

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of HNR Retail's e-commerce business across multiple marketplace channels. The role requires a highly proactive individual who takes strong ownership of business performance, identifies growth opportunities, and drives execution with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Brand Onboarding

Identify and onboard new brands for distribution across major marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, expanding the company's e-commerce portfolio.

Cross-Border Trade Development

Establish and manage partnerships to enable cross-border e-commerce operations, including import and export opportunities between India, United States, and United Arab Emirates.

Marketplace Ecosystem Management

Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of marketplace ecosystems, including catalog management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and platform compliance.

Marketplace Advertising Management

Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and sales performance.

Business Ownership & Performance Management

Own and manage key business metrics including marketplace KPIs, revenue growth, and profitability targets.

New Product Launch Management

Lead the end-to-end execution of new product launches across marketplace channels, including listing creation, marketing coordination, and performance monitoring.

Business Reporting & Insights

Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, key insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
