Job Title: E - Commerce Manager ( Head role)

Experience: 3 to 5 years ( post MBA from Premier B schools)
Job objective:
The position is responsible for the managing and driving product portfolio sales & marketing in dedicated Ecommerce platforms by focusing on the following activities.
E Commerce Sales & Operation:
- Interface for E Commerce portals to Deliver Top Line for our business in selected portals.
- Build strong relationship with category team for a sustainable business growth in these platforms.
- Drive online & offline platform for brand & finalize the plan for increasing the penetration.
- Manage existing sellers & distributors for sales.
- Look for onboarding of potential Market place sellers for expanding the range of products in the platforms.
- Prepare marketing and promotion strategy on the selected portals including development of brand stores.
- Stock forecasting for the leading platforms for the category along with the other team members.
- Planning, Executing, and handling the complete operations in terms of stock movement, stock availability, closure of discussion with category team to ensure the tertiary sales in the designated platforms.
- Closure of the Joint Business plan (JBP) for different portal.
- Timely closure of the seller level claims & issues to ensure the customer satisfaction.
Consumer Lighting:
- Responsible for key Ecommerce Portals like Flipkart, Q com portals like Blinkit, Zepto , Swiggy, BB, FK Minutes and the offline partnership for driving Smart products in retail chains like Croma, Reliance, Alexa Kiosks, etc.
- Evaluate and drive new business opportunities with other emerging portals like Jio Mart, Myntra and close the onboarding & driving sales for B2B players
- Evaluate & Drive marketplace sellers across platforms.
- Driving new initiatives onboarding on ecom platforms and ONDC to expand the selection.
- Continuously look for expanding the new categories of lighting & electrical product in these portals.
- Scan the portals and the competition to work on the product opportunity & product pricing strategy in consultation with the category, to increase the market share for us in these portals.
- Closure of event planning and BAU planning to ensure that sale out is planned with category in advance.
Product & Brand related Activities:
- To work in close tandem with category team for development & execution new product launch.
- Work with creative agencies for cataloging, developing product A+ contents, and driving the
- promotions & advertisement in the portal.
- Coordinate with offline sellers along with Amazon team for the brand display at the retail stores.
Platform Level Analytics:
- Prepare, Analyze and share weekly and monthly platform level secondary reports
- Development of dashboard for tracking of competition on pricing & new products in key categories.
- Tracking at product, platform & seller level.
- Maintaining the record of all the supports, APSP spends.
- Development of monthly key indicators, preparing plan quarterly and annually.
Digital Campaigns and Portal Promotions Management:
- Work closely with the digital agency to drive the marketing initiatives and maintain an MIS with analytics for the same.
- Tracking dashboard progress of digital campaigns in terms of impression, reach, clicks, ROI of the campaign.
- Optimizing advertising costs at platform level and to ensure that the digital objectives are met.
