About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven E- com Brand Growth Manager to scale and strengthen our brandVedic Mum. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand building, product lifecycle, and online business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, launch new products, and manage end-to-end operations while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Job Description / Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Ayurvedic principles to expand brand presence and market reach
- Plan and lead the launch of new Ayurvedic products, from concept development to go-to-market execution
- Ensure all products and communication are rooted in authentic Ayurvedic knowledge, formulations, and wellness philosophy
- Manage end-to-end online business operations including product cataloging, pricing, and performance tracking
- Oversee product listings across platforms, ensuring accurate representation of ingredients, benefits, and Ayurvedic positioning
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, Ayurvedic manufacturers, and formulators for product development, sourcing, and packaging
- Work closely with logistics and order management platforms such as Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and wellness trends to optimize product offerings and growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain consistent Ayurvedic brand communication
- Identify new opportunities in the Ayurvedic and natural wellness space, including partnerships and new revenue channels
- Ensure smooth operational flow from inventory management to final customer delivery
Desired Profile of the candidate:
- 7–12 years of experience in brand growth, business expansion, or digital-led product businesses
- Strong business acumen with a revenue-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic concepts, ingredients, formulations, and market trends
