Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for an E-Commerce Listing Specialist. The responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure visibility and accuracy. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data to improve performance, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy and developing strategies to improve product positioning online.
