Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing Management
- Create and upload book listings across marketplaces and websites.
- Ensure accurate product details, including title, author name, ISBN, description, category, keywords, and images.
- Platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, BlueRose Publishers website, and other partner marketplaces
- Ebook & Digital Listing
- Upload and manage ebook listings on digital platforms.
- Ensure correct formatting, metadata, and pricing for digital products.
- Inventory & Stock Status Management
- Monitor and update stock status regularly.
- Mark books as Out of Stock when inventory is unavailable.
- Reactivate listings once stock is replenished.
- Pre-Order Listing Management
- Create pre-order listings for upcoming books.
- Ensure release date, pricing, and product information are correct.
- Coordinate with the operations team for launch readiness.
- Product Delisting & Compliance
- Delist books when required (outdated editions, author requests, compliance issues).
- Ensure removal from all marketplaces where the book is listed.
- Listing Optimization
- Improve product visibility by optimizing titles, keywords, and descriptions.
- Maintain SEO-friendly product content.
- Marketplace Coordination
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing issues.
- Resolve errors related to product approvals, category mapping, and listing suppression.
- Reporting & Data Tracking
- Maintain a listing tracker for all books across platforms.
- Provide periodic reports on listing status, pre-orders, and delistings.
