Job Description

Job Title: Lead – E-Commerce Marketplaces | Global Markets (Electronics Domain)

  • Location: India - Remote (Potential transition to Hybrid – Delhi in the future)
  • Experience: 8+ Years (Mandatory Global Marketplace Experience)
  • Work Model: 5 Days (Mon-Fri) | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (IST)
  • Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) with a Strategic Leadership Mindset

About the Role: We are looking for a high-ownership leader to drive our global e-commerce business across US, UK, UAE, and Africa. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a strategic P&L mindset.

Mandatory Candidate Profile (The Global)

We are looking for a High-Ownership Individual Contributor (IC) with:

  • Global Marketplace Expertise: Hands-on experience scaling sales on Amazon (US/UK/UAE), Walmart (USA), eBay, Noon, or Jumia.
  • Electronics Domain: Strong background in Electronics/Mobile devices. Refurbished/Recommerce experience is a massive plus.
  • Full P&L Ownership: Experience managing pricing, logistics, and inventory for a profitable digital business.
  • Data & Performance: Proficiency in ROAS, CAC, AOV, and CLTV tracking using automated dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Ownership & Strategy
  • Own P&L for the e-commerce business and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
  • Define and execute growth strategies across D2C website and global marketplaces.
  • Identify new channels, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Lead digital acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and social commerce.
  • Optimize marketing spends to achieve target ROAS and CAC benchmarks.
  • Plan and execute large-scale campaigns, sales events, and promotional calendars.
  • Marketplace & Global Channel Management
  • Lead relationships and performance across key international marketplaces (Amazon Global, Walmart, eBay, Noon, Jumia, etc.).
  • Optimize listings, pricing strategies (condition-based), and ad performance.
  • Ensure compliance with platform SLAs, ratings, and metrics.
  • Operations & Supply Chain Alignment
  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth international fulfilment.
  • Optimize inventory planning, demand forecasting, and return management for refurbished devices.
  • Data Analytics & Insights
  • Establish data-driven decision-making across all e-commerce functions.
  • Monitor key metrics: revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and funnel performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in e-commerce/digital business with a focus on scaling online revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Proficiency in GA4, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Advantage: Prior experience in the Refurbished/Recommerce ecosystem (product grading and condition-based pricing).
