Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Thiruvananthapuram. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the online store, overseeing day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries, optimizing product listings, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory, implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and monitoring market trends to enhance customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate sales data, and optimize processes
• Experience in Account Management and Sales with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue generation
• Proven abilities in Team Management and Sales Management to lead and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
