Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Shopify E-commerce Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Shopify platform, handling account management, coordinating with team members, and driving sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring smooth website operations, updating product listings, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with different departments to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize e-commerce performance
• Experience with account management and customer relationship handling
• Proven sales and sales management abilities to meet and exceed targets
• Team management skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
