E-commerce Executive

Position: E-commerce Executive

Location: Punjabi Bagh West, Delhi

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our brand's presence across all major Indian e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace operations and be capable of handling end-to-end e-commerce workflows as the brand continues to expand.

• Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, pricing, images and keywords.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds and customer queries.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with warehouse team and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain account health and resolve listing or compliance issues.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions and growth.
• Track sales, performance reports and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Support catalogue expansion and new product launch processes.

• Strong knowledge of Indian e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and bulk uploads.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, catalogue management or marketplace handling.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Understanding of SEO for product listings and basic marketplace analytics.
