Join Globelance to own operational execution for quick commerce storefronts and micro‑fulfillment channels. This role is hands‑on, metrics driven, and central to delivering exceptional delivery SLAs and product availability to end customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily quick commerce operations: monitor order flow, track SLA compliance, and resolve fulfillment exceptions to meet sub‑60 minute targets.
- Maintain catalogue and assortment health for q‑commerce SKUs: pricing checks, content updates, and availability audits to minimise stockouts.
- Coordinate inventory and stock replenishment between dark stores, micro‑fulfillment centers, and suppliers to optimise fill‑rate and turnaround time.
- Liaise with last‑mile partners and delivery teams to optimise routes, reduce delivery failures, and improve on‑time metrics.
- Implement and maintain operational dashboards and daily reports to track KPIs (fill‑rate, TAT, cancellations, returns) and drive corrective actions.
- Onboard and manage vendor/supplier relationships for quick commerce assortments, including quality checks and periodic performance reviews.
